Can't import MS Excel 2002 file to MSN adCenter

Currently, my laptop is currently on Windows XP Pro Version 2002 Service Pack 3. I can't seem to import my MS Excel 2002 file to MSN adCenter as I keep receiving an error message that doesn't specify exactly why the file can't be imported. I suspect it's because I'm using an old system. Can anyone confirm this?

Do you have a newer copy of Excel or OpenOffice? Try importing the spreadsheet into one of those, and saving as an updated format. Just a guess though.

im pretty sure it only works with the newest version of excel

Download OpenOffice, copy and paste the entire spreadsheet over, upload? Should work.

Make sure the file isn't open when trying to import
