Averaged 324.50 visits per day, with 756.27 page views per day according to Awstats. Adsense has been incorporated on the blog, but it isn't converting well (mostly because I'm not good with Adsense). A total of 7718 uniques, 9735 visits, and 22688 page views for the month of April. She has a Pagerank of 2, and has only been 'officially open' for a month and a half.
44% of the traffic comes from direct address type ins
4.4 % of the traffic comes from various search engines
51.4 % of the traffic comes from external pages (backlinks)
For the month of May the site is so far averaging 208.5 visits per day (all natural traffic AKA no front page digg unlike last month).
The sale includes the domain, Wordpress database, folder with all of the plugins, folder with the non-unique (free) skin, and free installation onto your server.
There is a total of 52 custom articles all written by me. I do not even want to think about calculating the value of the articles alone. But trust me, its worth far more than the asking price.
