Hi all,

I started a website donkeys ago. Pretty much forgot about it, and am going to go back to it. When I started that website, I read a guide that suggested using the same category title as the the post inside it, e.g. Category: blue widget, post title, blue widget. This was meant to get more pages indexed in Google.

I now see I'll be hit for duplicate content. Can I change my category titles with out breaking the links I previously built to the posts? I presume not.

The theme is terrible on the site, so I've decided to use something else. Would I just be better changing the theme and the category titles in one go, then restart building links again once I have the website as I want it?

Thanks for any help.
