What's the typical chargeback rate for a regular, 100% legitimate business? And is it done by the amount of money or the number of transactions?

What about disputes per PayPal account?

I'm mainly concerned about my gaming stuff, specifically virtual game deliveries (they're buying an account to access the game). Since the majority of players are teens, I'm noticing quite a few people filing chargebacks saying their kids used their credit cards / PayPal accounts without their consent.
