Still never got my report. He sent me an email but forgot to attach report. If I don't have it in my email by today I'm filing a dispute in paypal.
 


Paypal Dispute Opened

Paypal dispute has been opened by me against fortunetobaco3 --- he said turnaround time was 24-48 hours...and here I am over 2 weeks later and he still hasn't given me my order.

Giving him a day to answer my dispute, or I will be escalating it to a claim. Never had service this piss poor.
