I am interested in the travel niche that you offer. Please tell us more details about what kind of link are you offering? The PR is just not enough. Here are some sample questions:
Is this the PR of the domain or the PR of the actual page?
Will the links be dofollow?
What kind of links are we talking about? Comments, in content or what?
What maximum number of external links on page can you promise? No one needs links on any PR page with 500 external links in it.
