After some arguing the guy said he will refund me 100%.
I even decided to give him some credit and only asked for 50% refund.
It was a few days back and I never heard from the guy again.

Took over a month to deliver the report after repeated requests. When it came there were links he said were there that weren't actually created. After I complained it was fixed but still, all the blog comments were on non-relevant pages already filled with other ppls comment spam.
IMHO not worth the money or the hassle.

Inside the report: Number of posts – 15 (PG7 -1, PR5 – 4, PR4 – 5, PR3 –5). After looking through the list I found out 4 links did not exist and one had PR0. After conversation about this problem I got new update with working links.
About 80% of all the comments are following blog topic, other are so-so. Work is done as promised with just minor problems with links which were fixed.

Conclusion: There are many high PR blogs, [FONT="]reports have really detailed information and very well organized[/FONT]. I would recommend blog commenting service, just make sure your order was accepted and work started. Can’t say anything about directory submissions as it takes time to be included and I got just 30 confirmation emails.
