I'm selling this professional, custom built product for such a low price because you need to do 2 things. So "technically" it's not "complete". 1 is to add terms, privacy policy, etc links to the page footer. And 2 it doesn't have an affiliates info page. So you will need to make a few banners and put together some keyword lists for affiliates.
I'm selling because I'm developing multiple products and this one is just not getting the attention it deserves. Which is sad considering it's been practically ready for launch for months! I'm such a stickler for security that while I was coding the member's area I did so much research on PHP security and spent so much time coding and security audit testing it that by the time I was done I was sick of the site and didn't want to look at it anymore

The data is based on a large 30,000 listing job recruiter excel file I bought a year ago. I built a MySQL database off of it and expanded it, then wrote a custom member's area to allow members to browse the data.

The best thing about this product is that it's a membership web site. What that means is that once a customer creates an account they are your customer for life! Make money while your affiliates build you a list customers to sell more to.
With this captive audience you can now send them an email every time you make an update to the site and perhaps mention a special offer you came across. You can even tell them they will be on your mailing list when they sign up and allow them to opt out by e-mailing you.
My "updates" were simply going to be adding helpful PLR articles about job hunting, resume writing, or anything job related. What else would you do with a database full targeted contact information of people who've already proven they are willing to give you money?!? Endless possibilities there.

- Custom design and logo (PSD file included).
- Full blown member's area. (Secure and completely custom coded from scratch!)
- Free bonus desktop software (it basically just searches all the top job sites)
- Clickbank payment processing script. The way it works is you set the Thank You page URL in Clickbank to the script. Then when the user is redirected to the page and Clickbank passes the proper AUTH code and CBRECEIPT to the script it let's them create an account and login. (See the example here.) It's simply a resale rights script that I bought and modified to add the user data to the MySQL database instead of just writing it to a text file.
