Cloaking Desination URL in Adwords

I'm running an offer via Adwords and I want to run it direct to the offer page, no landing page on this one. I setup a cloaked link with MaxBlogPress Ninja Affiliate and used that for my destination URL in the ad copy. Will Google put the kibosh on this ad because of the cloaking?

This is my first attempt at cloaking the offer page url on Adwords...so sorry if this is a lame ass question.

If this isn't a good way to do this to get away with what I want to do...What would be the proper way?

As long as your cloaked link goes to the "display url" you are good. Use Prosper202.

what are the steps to do the display ad url versus destination url method?
e.g. do you wait until the campaign is live, and getting impressions, before changing the keyword destination url?
how long do you get (on average) before google shuts you down?
are they very punitive consequences from google?​

Just for shits, I'm gonna tell you if you're direct linking, your quality score is likely not going to be the best and you'll pay a lot more than you'd normally have to for the clicks...
