Not sure if this is the right place, but it seems fairly in keeping with alot of the threads.
Who do you use for collection of unpaid debts for US companies. I'm UK based, and thankfully haven't ever really been stiffed by a UK or European advertiser or network, but even if it did happen, its pretty easy to get a summary judgement and asset seizure order in the UK.
What I'm a little worried about is racking up big volumes with US companies.
Is there a small claims or country court system in the US? Or is there a collection agency anyone recommends? Or indeed a solicitor?
