I'm sure you have seen my email. I'd like a refund

The time delay, communication, missed eta's and the solitary article after 7 days just isn't for me.

Not questioning the quality but the service doesn't match-up. I understand you were swamped with orders but it would have been better for you to turn a few down then disappoint many.

Please refund me
 
I'm sorry to hear that. I did take a lot longer than I expected. Coming your way is your refund and 25% of the work that you offered for free. Again, sorry it didn't work out better. I'd appreciate if when you get your refund and the work you respond to the thread.

Late review...got mine and was good. Way better then most writers on here for sure. Time frame was was good and he asked questions first. Even though he may have had issues with one person on a time frame his quality is GOOD!
 
For anyone wondering, Notch got the refund and is away from his computer. He said he'd respond on the article quality when he got back. I'm taking new orders for GOOD content, and I'm making sure to not overdue it. Just 10,000 words a day. :)

Thanks, I can confirm that I was refunded and received 25% of my original order free. The English and grammar of the articles cannot be faulted

CollegeContent - I am still waiting for my articles after you had promised to deliver with no excuses.... see post above. If I don't start getting them, I demand a refund.

He hasn't replied to pm or to this thread. Any course of action to be taken if someone just takes your money and make promises to deliver and excuses not to deliver?

It's a shame, a person with so much potential who can't manage a simple business.
 
I have tried contacting you through pm, email above, and this thread. No replies. I will want the refund today or will open a dispute with PP which I would prefer avoiding. I am just tired of waiting and promises.
 
Kempo was issued a full refund as well as receiving some articles. Home things are a little crazy right now. All of those who have patiently waited get an extra 20% on their orders.

Thanks for the refund. Although, I would have preferred working with you on a long term basis because I think you have some awesome writing skills that is needed here on WF.

To echo topnotch above, delay and communication were the issue.
