Yes, CJ is not the only network that I push offers in, though at the moment it is responsible for the largest portion of my income. It's the only traditional network that I promote offers from at the moment, and everything else is through CPA networks. It's all about where an offer is available. I don't choose offers by what network I want to work with - I choose offers based on what offers I find anywhere that I think I can make money on. CPA networks in my experience have way more tracking issues with CJ - I've had 20-30% discrepancies on CPA networks between my Google conversion pixel and what the network tracks, in the past.
