Communication Problem with RocketProfit?

Anyone know if there is anyone at RocketProfit that actually answers their phone/AIM ?

Having some payment issues with those guys and my AM there is either highly demoralized or completely dis-empowered, I am not sure which one. In any case, he isn't much help.

The guy above him doesn't answer his phone or return voicemails. Anyone had similar experiences with this company.

I can of course get in touch with my friendly local collection agency and have them deal with it, but would like to resolve this issue peacefully first. If anyone has a contact there who actually gets things done, please let me know.

Sorry to hear you've had a hard time getting in touch with your AM. Checks are cut and mailed on the 15th of the month every month, so I'm concerned you haven't received payment. Please PM me and I will make sure this is resolved right away. Thanks!
 
Thank you for the quick reply. Currently, I am in touch with another RocketProfit affiliate manager by AIM who is working to resolve this. I will provide an update (positive or negative, depending on the outcome) as soon as such an update is available.
