consumer protection? high risk? Is this a fucking joke?

Fucking Visa/MC needs to grow some balls and have RULES instead of supplicating to every stupid unjust demand from the broke ass consumers in america.

Don't you think whatever Visa/MC/whoever is doing is what they have decided is best for their business? A business does whatever it's management/ownership thinks is best for it. If that doesn't fit in to your plan then, unless you have a way to get them to change for your convenience, your only option is to work around the limitation.

It's the state of government, people. At present, we have a highly liberal, highly pro government expansion, highly regulated government philosophy. You have liberal congressman presenting ideas on how to over-regulate every facet of American life from food and nutrition to credit cards.

The idea, as sad as it is, is a nanny state. People eat too much McDonald's, so they sue them (and win). People whine and bitch when their credit card APR's go up because they are running ridiculous balances with no income that can substantiate their spending, so they whine and bitch for Congress to pass crippling credit card "reform". People don't read terms & conditions on products and services they buy, so when they get the full bill 30 days later they chargeback, whine on Complaints Board, then write their attorney general.

It's sick.

Let's keep this in mind next time we go to the polls, ya?

It's worse than that.........I've got a offer as a merchant that has NO CHARGEBACKS yet i've been dropped by 3 billers for "Potentially being too high risk".

Makes me want to strangle someone.
