I have a relatively new site and recently discovered that there's a site copy/pasting my articles to their site. The thing that bothers me is that they're ranking higher then I am in my niche.

Any words of advice to a newbie? What would you suggest?

There is a simple solution.

1. Find his email
2. Send him an email telling him to stop and he has three days
3. If he does not you send an email to his internet provider
4. Problem solved

No hard feelings buddy, this kind of things happen all the time in this industry....You just gotta suck it up and move on to the next...The guy who swiped your page is just a better marketer than you....People make a shit load of money of other people shit all the time....You just gotta accept it and keep grindin.....

wiredniko pretty much summed it up!

Unfortunately this happens all the time in this industry. Best you can do is go through the proper channels to get the content removed. Most of the time their host will make them remove the content.
