oh ok, so instead of the navigation on the site showing the "PAGES" I create, I can just have them show the "CATEGORIES".

but how would I turn off the new posts showing on the main page, and only showing on the 'templates' category?

In Wordpress, I'm not sure. It's easy to do in Drupal.

I guess Look for something like "Promote to front page" or "Publish to front page", something like that. If you can uncheck a "publish to front page" option, that's what you're looking for.

is it just me or is drupal.org not working? that is the correct address right?
