I just lost 15 bucks on PPC (got about 150~200) hits and not ONE. SINGLE. CONVERSION. Something is seriously wrong at Copeac. I mean, my landing page could suck, but I still tried to make it conform to the style of the landing on copeac side as much as i could. I had ran several zip submits and none worked -- including Wii and Macys. Whats going on, Copeac??

Also, what's with the WF forum? i tried to reply an older thread (3x) and my post never made it into database.. wth.

"I just lost 15 bucks on PPC (got about 150~200) hits"

There's a big difference between 150 and 200. There's very little difference between 1000 and 1050. Test more to be statistically relevant. Your sample is too small. This is like saying "I went swimming 150 times and didn't get eaten by a hungry shark! wtf??? Sharks sux ballz!"

You are right, Copeac has been having a lot of issues on zip/email submits. Always test your links before you dump PPC into them.. clear your cookies, load a proxy, enter a zip/email, should convert. I lost about $100 yesterday because their site went down for a bit and I had no idea.. nothing like sending paid clicks to a PCBD. Everytime I find a dead one I IM my AM and he takes it down and usually finds me one that works.

^^If I see this question one more godamn time I'm going to go n00clear on someones ass.

WHEN YOU HAVE UNDER 10 POSTS NOBODY CARES .

ok not really, when you have under 10 posts the mods have to approve it before it automatically shows.

Ah, ok i didnt know the post needs admin approval. sorry.

Regarding the copeac campaign i was running:

It's an offer on Wii:
Welcome to ConsumerPromotionCenter.com

Also, I actually generated about 300~320 hits to my page thru PPC. And just for testing I tried to hit this offer myself using a diff ip -- which I never did sign in copeac or view the blog before -- still didnt work. Please help. :(

If you are running zip submits run those that dont have a ^ in the title. So offers that are like this Clothing gift card ^ zip submit.

If you see the ^ in the title try a different one. Zip submits from one advertiser seem to be an issue, we have been in talks with the advertiser but they are not correcting the issue. Either ask your AM what zip to run or dont run those with the ^ in the title. My advice would be to run an email submit instead, in the end they convert better and yield a higher return. I have yet to see zips do more than $5K a day while some email submits make in the $xx,xxx range per day

Just like you if the offer doesnt work we dont make money, ask your AM's whats working that is why they are there. The offers are there more or less as a back up to other offers if we need to redirect someones traffic.

mike, mark me stupid, but there are alot of campaigns in the system with banners/tower ads and no html/links for me to use. Is it because those campaigns have been closed?

Also, I notice there are "^", "~", and ">" in campaign titles -- what are the differences?

the ^ ~ and > represents the individual advertisers its how we know who is who.

It might be because we didnt add it, you can ask your AM to get it added or you can pull the link out of the HTML/Banner ad.

just my two cents as newbie but nintendo wii is old news now, put up a halo 3 zip/email submit

... The offers are there more or less as a back up to other offers if we need to redirect someones traffic...

This is incredibly valuable information, so thanks for it.

Do you include this on your own web site somewhere? I'm approved for copeac but haven't seen this bit of info.

.

200+ clicks with 0 conversions for an e-mail offer seems out of wack.

Also, PPC has shown to be a relatively poor traffic generation strategy for co-registration paths (from the publishers perspective)

Lastly, Mike, I don't think you are running our offers. If your doing well with e-mail / zip submits we are always looking for partners who can work closely with us to produce a successful campaign. We would also like to see what we might be able to do going in the other direction as well. Do you have one contact on your end we can work with or are the publisher and advertiser groups split up?

i am on mobile phone. excuse bad spelling.

so, i must b real dumb, but i cant seem to dig up those offers that req ONLY first page submit. all the offers i tested req 2nd page -- wii, xbox, macy gift card, target/amz/home depot gc.... all req name/address/email/etc to be filled out on 2nd page. check my page out:

Babes | Mozizo

what exactly am i doing wrong?
ive literally generated 67 clicks on to copeacs offer page -- as seen on copeacs stats page in ur acct -- but no conversion.

i know i am ranting, but im at my wits end. i think maybe i should just stick to adsense.
