Edit: I guess I should pay attention to the front page...they said they are haing issues.

How long can it take up to for leads to show up in your statistics reports?

I know some depend on the campaign but I had several leads show up today on yesterday's reports that weren't there before, which I'm glad they are now, but I stopped running those because I was in the red big time and nothing was converting (so I thought).
 


Fuck!!! I'm having a shitload reporting now and those campaigns I took down over 12 hours ago. Fuck fuck fuck!

What am I doing here when I should be putting them back up!
 
Crap!! I didn't see any leads yesterday, and I still don't today! Shit!

Just going with the flow of the previous message :) Time to try another campaign...

I am sorry about the reporting delays it is something that is affecting a small amount of offers in our network, the sales are being tracked the issue is with the affiliate reporting table being updated in our system. The issue has been identified and you should start seeing leads and sales on those offers that are affected showing up in real time as well as back filling previous days when the conversions were not updating properly.

If anyone has any specific issue please bring it to my attention so we can make sure its fixed and running smooth for you.

I think the 900 cpa companies using direct track need to get together into one cpa super team and hire some fuckers to make a GOOD AFFILIATE BACKEND.

I just thought I couldn't push the ones that weren't reporting for me so I took 'em down and moved on.

Now that the leads are coming through...I'm very happy 'cause nothing like seeing those dollar signs jump so high in a short time. :)
 
All reporting delays are now fixed. Everything is tracking in real time. There is a backlog of stats that are still updating for Wed. You should check your thursday stats and todays stats as those are fully updated, Wed stats should be updated by close of business today.

If anyone is still experiencing issues let me know.

And Jon much agreed DT sucks at times.
 
Yeah, same thing was happening here but it looks like its finally updating. Of course now I can't login to Google to re-activate that campaign :485:

I think Jon needs to get his programmers on making a DT competitor, nice way to build a database of affiliates, affiliate advertisers, and mine referral data.

We spent 8 months developing our own system and then turned to DT instead due to the project time line taking longer than expected. I am sure within due time we will pick that project back up
 
Yeah, I know how the software development cycle goes, everything just keeps getting more and more complicated than it sounded in the beginning.

We were actually debating on doing something like that.. but the cost is pretty high end, and it would put us into a market we probably don't want to get into right now. I've said it hundreds of times though, the person who comes up with an alternative to DT will make millions of dollars from all of the 130+ networks depending on the shitty DT software switching over. Also DT's pricing model blows, so making a change to the software and pricing model would make someone a millionaire in a month or less.

The problem is supporting it, i wouldnt want to be DT this week, i can only imagine how many threats they get when the software has issues like this.
 
the one thing to remember is that DT really created the competition with affiliate networks. Before DT there were a handful of choices now there are 100's

they essentially created the mass production of affiliate networks.
