COPEAC stopped paying?

Wow, nuts.

I happen to live about 20 minutes from Copeac's office. Been to their office many times when I did business with them. My business accountant is in the same office building, so last week after my accountant meeting I took a stroll up to Copeac's office. Couldn't see or hear much, but lights appeared off and the doors to their suite were closed. Place used to be bustling big time. Love em or hate em, a big player in the industry fell hard. Shit situation all-around.

The copeac guy used to boast about how he used to look after the affiliates, how he used to pay affilaites out of his own pockets when the publisher screwed him over.

I'd like to see the truth of that. I wonder the affiliates that are owned money by copeac will be reimbursed by the new company hello performance.

why do they post the same address (or at least same town) on the new website as copeacs offices?

195 Froehlich Farm Blvd l Woodbury, NY 11797 (on the helloperformace website)

but in the whois

Copeac.com whois:

my account is locked too. I have all screenshots saved. He steal all money and lock our account! smart no?

ask dudes who owed $25, $50 and $75 thousands right in this thread.
honestly very surprised that none of them fight for their money.

you can sue, but chances are the accounts are closed, theirs no money to grab. ive sued countless advertisers and it all comes back to where i sued this company and the company no longer has any cash, bank accounts are closed and the assets are in different companies names. its difficult to penetrate through barriers and get personal assets etc.

Ive been waiting on a lawsuit i filed 4 years ago, won and havent seen a dime yet and am being told I may not, and I know they have another company operating. But, thats just what happens. Sueing has to be done fast, have to give the lawyers or collection agencies the bank account numbers youve been paid from fast before their closed etc. Just my experience.
