COpy pasting fro mprotected PDF?

looking for soft for windows [preferably] or MAC that will let me copy paste [or make a .doc] from a protected PDF>

the PDF doesnt have passwords but you can just highlight something and paste it, as its coded somehow.

any ideas?

You could try using PrimoPDF to print the entire file to another PDF file and then copy/paste from there.
