Say you have a domain and forum that has been established for several years and two of your moderators ditch the site and start a copycat site and steal/lure members to their copycat site? This domain is copyrighted and it's obvious they have copied. And when I say copycat site I mean from the header, color scheme, sections and the niche of the domain and forum. Is it worth it to contact a lawyer?
