Besides, none of those would work on SEO. At least not when most of your traffic is coming from MSN organic.

i never said throwing away ethics in this industry was required to "win" it. I said in this field, being rebill offers. thats because there is no ethics in it to begin with. If you wanna have ethics and morals while marketing fake products that basically scam people then i dunno what to tell you. thats like going to church to pray before you rob a bank.

But you have some decent points I guess. Personally, I don't care about this whole discussion. People can copy me all they want (and they have) but in the end they all go away and I'm still making money. So fuckit.

It was a few domains I saw that looked like they belonged to you. Looking back on it, I think I may have pegged a few wrong. If so, my bad. It was a rush job and tricky to seperate some of your domains from one other guy. It happens.
as far as you being a hypocrite, you just proved my whole point of me calling you a hypocrite. you just basically told me you did everything i said you did and now your saying you dont like being called a hypocrite because you worked your ass off not to be dependent on rebills. That doesn't matter it had nothing to do with the point i was making.

Ok. Let me lay it out for you. Maybe I've been unclear.

  • You're justifying stealing landing pages on the idea that there's no way to be "the best" with them. This is the point I was initially arguing with.

I never said i justified stealing landing pages, in fact in my first response i even said i dont condone stealing landing pages.

so as long as you din't send traffic to those other copied landers your off the hook and didn't do anything wrong by copying the other site(s)? you obviously copied them for a reason.

for all i know you could be using one right now but you can't prove it so your word is as good as mine.

But anyway its pointless to continue arguing because its not gonna go anywhere.

let me give you a little idea of how the real world works.

Let's say I'm Dell and I'm buying 60% of Intel's chips. And we collaborate on a new chip design that will make both of us rich. And let's say a VP of Technology leaves and goes to Compaq, and rips off our new laptop design. And let's say I then find out Intel is selling chips to them- but they're only 5% of Intel's business.

I make a call to intel, and I tell them that unless they promptly cease to do business with Compaq I'll cut off their fucking balls, never buy another intel chip and tie the $100M outstanding I owe them up in court for 18 months even if it costs me another $100M.

And in these hard times let's say Intel is a company struggling. What do you think they do? Simply ignore it and continue selling chips to Compaq as well?

edit: by the way- I don't have any feelings on the pissing match at hand, I'm simply pointing that out as that scenario is probably a lot more likely than you getting shot in the head by a blowdart out of your integrated webcam tomorrow morning due to some crazy 'Hackers'esque hacking. Then again I'm technically challenged so maybe folks on here could steal my studio monitors over teh webz. Who knows.
