Could someone put me in touch with a sports book network?

I'm looking for a sports book affiliate network and have yet to find one that looks good. I'd really rather not go to each book individually or use CJ.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Therev really isn't one sportsbook affiliate network. Typically you sign up with each book directly as you would with casinos and poker rooms.
 
Try Commission Account, they run Sportsbook.com's program and they're decent people. Also as fatbat said, you'll pretty much need to join them all separately.
 
@phillip I was smoking pretty much the whole conference, maybe I met him? Was he the horse racing guy?
 
What was the general consensus of e-cigs at ASW? Did any one brand dominate the conference? Just curious.
