Country - Citry, Geo Tracker

Does anybody of you knows a good geo tracker?

Something like this:
http://api.hostip.info/?ip=82.192.251.140

But as you can see, it has some difficulties to find the appropriate city (in Europe).
Well this would be in XML.. would be very easy to extract the city.

If you know a free geo tracker (not the ones, which let you lookup the IP like 10times a day..), please let me know..
It can be also one, which returns just html.. i'm sure it will be possible to extract the City..
