Country/State/Province Database Anyone?

Anyone know where I can get a database which has the country name, country codes, and the state or provinces for those countries?

I had one on my servers somewhere but it must have gotten mis-placed or maybe its hidden behind massive amounts of data and I can't see it haha.

I may have to scape another one together but thought if someone knows where I can get one it would make things a bit easier and quicker.

Nevermind got an ok one from MySQL :: MySQL Documentation almost half way down the page under the "Example Databases" section, its called the world database.

It has country, country codes, city names, but not states/provinces but that should be fairly easy to find someplace else.

IP2Location has got a good Ip-location database. Not free though but definitely more comprehensive.

Yeah I already knew about them but I didn't really need an IP database, I needed one for a personal tool, one which I could select a country from a drop down and automatically have another drop down appear with all the states or provinces pre-populated, then select a state or province and have another drop down appear with all the cities, in that country/state/province ect...
