cPanel Server Load Monitor?

I am wondering if something like this exists... A tool desktop that will monitor things like CPU and memory usage from a cPanel account, and then ring alerts if values cross a certain threshold.

I just did a quick search with Google but didn't find anything.

Does anyone know of a decent tool that does something like this?

If you have access in WHM Service Information will tell you the CPU load and memory usage, but I'm not sure about a monitor.
