Alright, ive seen this topic covered in the past on the web and on the forums, how ever, its only been from the point of view of some one trying to mass post or spam CL, or sell stuff on CL etc.

I am getting my posts on CL ghosted but i am only trying to hire people.

My first goddamn post was ghosted, had no idea what was going on.

After like 3 or 4 attempts (waiting the stupid 48 hours) one of my posts went through, i got like 40 applications for the job, awesome right? Then all of a sudden my post was flagged, how fucking lame.

So, my question is, how the hell do you get your post past the ghosting algorithm, and not flagged, when you really are not spamming.

Ive tried waiting 48 hours, completely rewriting the ad, deleting cookies, changing browsers, changing computers etc etc. Craigslist rocks because when a post goes through you get alot of qualified applicants, how ever getting that post through is hard as hell.

Anyone have any OTHER suggestions?
All i want to do is hire people. not sell to them, fack.

Thanks.

Ya, this section seems the most relevant to me... Like i said, im not trying to spam CL just trying to get one or two posts in when i need to hire.

What the fuck is wrong with you? Are you dumb?
Seriously.. Are you fucking stupid?

Why don't you think about your overall posting technique.

I'm assuming your posting in the job section. Sounds like your ads are getting ghosted for a lot of reasons.

A - Trigger words. These are words the craigslist marks as spammy type words like free, foreclosure, and many others.
B - IP address. Posting to many ads from 1 ip address will result in ghosting or even softblocking (PVA required message to post even though it shouldn't be required). You shouldn't be posting more then 1-5 ads per 1 ip address if you want them to go live.
C - Ad Content - Along with trigger words, there is duplicate posting issues, as well as more review of job posting ads. You really need to know your stuff in this section.
D - Cookie/Cache Cleaning - You need to clean your cookies and cache constantly if you want to leave as little trace as possible.
E - Over use of Emails/CL accounts - I wouldn't go over 2-3 ads per email every 24 hours. For CL accounts its really best to stick to 1 ad per 1 ip per 1 cl account every 48 hours if you want them to stick.

These are just a few suggestion I would make. This is my domain so this should get your noodle going.

CLAD GENIUS

So the forum called sale-buy-trade is the most relevant for asking a question about craigslist?

Search for 2 minutes and you could find a handful of guides showing you exactly what NOT to do in a craigslist ad.

Lazy much?
