creamz offer question

Ok, I want to run some cream offers. Now, with the berriez I have enough photoshop skills to get the job done. But for the cream thats a lil too advanced. So my question is where the fuck can I find pics that I can legaly use for the cream before and after? Also if need be I can supply a photo if any of you guys can hook it up. Just name the price.

Well, if it's a skin care cream of any sort (wrinkles, oiliness, pimples), you just take someone's face, and then find another face that has nice skin.
Using the heal brush, sample the good face, and smooth over the bad face with nice skin from the good face. You'll still have similar tone, but it should smooth out those wrinkles or zits. And if the colours come out wrong, burn and dodge are your friend.
