Hello All

Please help me improve my affiliate marketing website - Dedicated and Managed Hosting Search

Its a Search Engine for Dedicated Web Servers. It searches between all the dedicated server deals on the web. ALl the deals listed are affiliate links basically.

Criticize my website.... How can I improve? Where you think I may loose sales?

Is this a fuckin' joke?, You're site is wayyyyyyyyyyy too amateurish.
You'd get creamed trying pass that as a professional host site.

you gotta go find something at template monster. get a professional template
and modify it.

and take the goddamn java roller on the bottom off. better yet, take the whole page off.
 
wow too much shit everywhere. plus, this is a tech site... no techie will take this shit seriously when it looks like a site made 10 years ago.
 
If you get 1 sale with it, you'll be lucky.

You get 3 seconds to impress a customer. It takes 10 seconds to get past the lame as hell drill merged S.

My first impression? You are selling server hardware (drills!). Seriously.

Take this offline and go to Marketing 101 classes. This is horrible.

Why did you think the HUGE popup when hovering over the search box on the inner pages was a good idea? LOL
 
I would lay my head on the table, then have my best friend smash some sense in it with my computer.

Don't take anything personal from the critics here because thats what you asked for and just redesign it or hire someone cheap.

Your menus are too confusing. Just list everything such as processors on one menu. Plus all the stuff above. Plus no one is gonna trust your site anyway. Throw up a couple articles on how to select a server company or different server configs, etc.

As others have said, your site isn't very visually appealing. If design isn't your strong point there's plenty of kids in India happy to take a few quid/bucks off ya.

The concept seems good though, with work on the design it could work well. One thing seems missing from the search though - location. I don't know that much about hosting, but if I was getting a dedicated server I would want it probably located in the same country as my business or maybe where most of my customers were. I'm not sure how important that is within the US (avoid earthquake zones maybe?)

If your offers are US only, then please say so somewhere! It's fuckin annoying going through 3 or 4 pages before finding out something is not available outside the US!

Also, you've got ratings on the companies - it could do with a way to search by them. I think a more traditional vertical column of search results - with options at the top to sort by price, rating, cpu, etc - might be more effective. GL

you need to optimize your pages and make more efficient use of the space

you seem to be taking up too much space and making very little use of it all

I really liked your feedback and have taken it in a constructive way. Here is what I have concluded from all the comments above:

1. - Change looks of homepage along with a more professional Logo. Its design isnt trustworthy. The design shud represent a Hosting company. Something that appeals techie people.
2. - Change the User Interface of the Search Box. Its confusing right now.
3. - Make Search Result page more space efficient.
4. - Remove Marquee.

I will be back with a design that looks good enough. Will post it here. :)

much fucken better. was that first site a joke? i think this is perfect for what your trying to do but I'm sure the pros will have some tips for you soon.

That looks 100 times better. The search buttons are a little big, though. And you should try putting all this in a kind of narrow, centered, vertical thing. If you know what I mean :P It'd look good.
