I am looking for someone to design a phpbb theme which is mostly based on a pre-existing website ( I say mostly because additional graphics might need to be created, its not just a matter of porting the .css file over to phpbb but you still have a base design look and feel from which to start off ).
Someone with experience doing that ( phpbb skins ) and with good graphic design skills would be best. If you are a noob please dont bother.
I thought about posting this on elance but ive had so much bad experience with it that I only use it as last resort, I am looking for personal referals first or if you can do this yourself, contact me by pm if interested.
