^^ fun thing about that is that Russian regime lead by Putin hates Americans and their culture. Last year saw the increasing hysteria for "Special Russian way, spirituality, additional chromosome and mission", backed up by honoring Soviet songs, rituals and traditions. Children were forced to wear national costumes and sing national songs (just to let you know, these are actually both horrible). All this crap was done while waging hybrid war against Ukraine and trying to lie to the whole world that they did not shoot that MH-17 Boeing of Malaysian Airlines.

A couple of weeks ago several girls, pupils of choreography school in Orenburg said they were fead up with this sh1t and danced like that on their exam.

videos of that are multiple and found all over Youtube. Their slogan was - WE WANT TO DANCE, NOT WAGE WAR.

The school was closed the very same day, their teacher and director were jailed.

That led to multiple girl groups twerking all over Russia with the same results - fines or jail.

New and new videos appear - I've even seen video of a group of girls twerking on the Red Square, in front of Kremlin. It was on Russian blogs, hopefully it will be on the news.

It seems modern Russians think that twerking is a sin.

At the same time they have a huge ton of plagiarism in their promotional campaign for the Victory Day, the 9th of May. They use pictures of US GI on Guam and lie these are Soviet troops, they use photos of Vermacht soldiers near captured T-34 tank and claim these are Soviet troops... and lots and lots of other idiotic lies. That is all you need to know of modern Russia. No real power, no economy, no civil rights, no active society, endless lies and killing people in neighboring countries.
