As usually happens, I'm sure one of the tactless managerial staff of CX will come here and leave a rude response which shines unfavorably on them, but in this case, it seems like they're probably in the right. Actually, I heard Tal left, so maybe someone with at least a little PR experience will drop by. We'll see!

Please allow me to introduce myself,

I'm Justin Spigelman, AM from CX Digital. I felt the need to reply to this post since there were some special circumstances which led to a delay in payments. Of course the entire story wasn't outlined in this angry post. The fact is this gentleman requested an address change upon being paid. This automatically leads to an assumption of fraud and a disruption in the payment schedual due to increased scrutiny on behalf of our network. His payment was held by our accounting department and didn't get sent out during that payment cycle. I did speak with this guy at length and rest assured he will be paid. I am terribly sorry that he was unable to pay his bills on time due to not receiving the funds in a prompt manner, but at the same time it's hard to succeed in business when playing with scared money.
 
I have waited yet again and I have still not been paid. I was told by Debrani Ghosh my account was in compliance but everything is okay now and I will be paid out on the 15th. I was patient, did not say a word, did not make a post, and yet, here we are with my account showing that my balance is still unpaid. Oh well at this point.

Here's the thing dude, shit happens. lost forms, changed addresses, etc.

not every payment goes out on time. thats just the way it is, you gotta learn how to balance your budget better bro.
 
balance my budget? i have been waiting for almost 60 days for my payment ... lets see what happens when no one pays you for 2 months, and someone tells you to balance your budget!
 
Money is money but $174 is change. If you wanted your money, number one you shouldn't spam and also you should like Nicky said do this as a last resort. Get a lawyer to send them paper to tell them to pay you and also once you do this you are pretty much done with the network because they won't want to deal with you when you are making low amounts like that, outing them on message boards, and threatening them with lawyers, plus making your money via spam.
 
it is $174 for this month, i have not sent traffic, that is residual traffic. i am owed $1100 if you add up all the non-paid amounts. this is my resort before contacting lawyers.

you are right, about companies not wanting to deal with low income advertisers, my $600 was made in a day.. no big deal, but money is money... and as far as i know, CANSPAM allows me to send commerical emails as long as i follow all rules. as i stated before, i am not violating any terms of service at CX nore am I breaking any laws. If you do not believe in e-mail marketing, that is your opinion, regardless it is still legal. This is my last post here. There is too much negativity, and no one seems to look at the facts:

1- 2 months of non payment.
2- I was told by Debrani my account is being reviewed for compliance. After 24 hours, she told me my account is okay and I will be paid on the 15th. Even if pay outs are not always on time, this is still 2 months late.
3- No laws or terms of service broken
4- Amount is not $200, it is over $1000: and i will not send more until I am paid out.
5- Justin still assures me I will get paid.... right before he ignores me .... it's been over 24 hours now, and no response from you buddy.


Lawyers will be contacted at this point. Thank you all for your negativity.
 
cx is solid on paying on time. I did have to request a new am though since mine was impossible to reach.

So they investigated your account, and then told you they'd pay you so now you're going to contact your lawyers (as if your broke ass could afford one)? What a cunt. Banhammer bitch.
 
I have never had any issues with CX either. MY AM is cool and they have good tracking with some good offers. I just wish my budget was higher to run more with them. they pay 2x a month also, good network in my book.
 
Good grief. This is literally the first thread I have read here at WickedFire, (my 1st post too, WOOT) but damn dude, you are flipping out over $174???

If you didn't stress so hard about the table scraps you could be spending your time and effort on generating more revenues...
