I never defamed his character...I'm asking him to respond...and I can sue, but this could turn out better for him if he'd reply, then I'd affirm that he's a solid guy, and clear up that its a misunderstanding. If other people post stuff, thats out of my control.
Its not odd that I didn't want to take the legal route first. Its slow and costs money. Forum posting does not. I wanted to give him one more chance before the legal route. People do this all the time much harsher than I have. Plus, if he IS in fact a scammer I want people to know about it. If someone posts on complaints.com, or ripoffreport.com, the public generic complaints boards, you think they'll get sued for defamation of character? I've been very objective, and haven't told any lies, I'm not tabloid making things up.
I had a real estate person try to screw me once. I posted on one of those boards, showed it to them. Then, they finally got back to me and settled, I edited it, we signed a hold harmless contract, and its fine now.

i do hope you get your money - but i don't really agree with your method. however, it may be effective, especially since there is a half-naked elf in this thread.
Many people that want to fly under the radar would just sue the guy. There's nothing about flying under the radar when you post on a public forum calling names while at the same time refusing to mention your own.

All I have to say is that bbywyboy is 100% legit and I've heard this story before and I believe it to be truth. He's not just some noob that popped in here. Most real marketers don't even waste their time in message boards.
Sometimes you have to go public to get money -OR- prevent others from getting scammed. When particular people burn me, deny messages, or ignore me I often times take the dispute public. I have gotten paid before after taking it public.

I think the issue that ricdes is bringing to light is that Wicked Fire is a community that relies on posts to establish reputation among the "clique". Anybody who doesnt contribute or posts rarely isn't in the inner circle, and as such shouldn't be trusted.
He's right to a degree, but there's nothing wrong with saying "I don't care to be a part of the inner circle, here's my story, whether you believe me or not"..
Also I should note I've met quite a few serious, serious ballers who have under 50 posts in their lifetime on here. Not everyone cares to talk or post here, just read... can't judge a person by their lack of posts, but it's so easy to WANT to here.

I've got a quite a few friends who are top pubs at top networks that don't even visit WF.
im not saying people with less than 50 posts are not to be trusted. thats not the point. its just that if you are going to call out someone by name, you should at least have the decency to post who you are.
