Since no one has given you a serious answer I thought i'd give you my 2 cents.
The best way to start is to just find some offers and throw some traffic at them. You don't need to spend time developing a landing page or refining your ads. Just create a simple ad and go with the recommended bid price on adwords or facebook.
You won't make $1000s at day doing this, but you will make a few hundred. However, to prevent scammers most ad networks will send you low quality traffic that's difficult to convert for the first month, but as long as you keep your ads running at the recommended bid price for those 4 weeks you'll become qualified for the high quality traffic which will make you $$$s per day.
After that you can start developing landing pages and messing with your ads. And since you'll have $$$$s of earnings saved up you can even outsource all of this and sit back, relax and help others on here with your new guru status.

because there's a dramatic difference in helpful discussion among peers of all levels with questions like:
"tracking scenario: how do you account for XYZ?"
or
"colors- what are you find is working better? I've tried X, Y, and Z"
and
"please contact me to tell me how to make money from you who've actually put in hard work yourself"
this can't be that hard to believe.
