I find that sites that move up some after link building will move back just a tad and settle. For instance, one of my sites that was #7 got a blog network tossed at it a couples days ago. It jumped to #5 for half the day then settled back at #6 for a solid one position jump. Don't assume the height of the bounce is where it will settle! It will do the ole "two steps forward one step back" routine.
i'm experiencing that now! very annoying as traffic doubles almost between 4 and 3
@ Hale, also try adding in an optimised image. (title, image.png, alt, etc holding keyword). For my link launder site that made it jump from 2 to 1 pos for a low hundred per day kw. The said post already had images I just optimised them and it jumped and holding steady.

a) I was impatient and wanted to add juice to pandabait. Fuck being anything less than #1.
b) Confused as to the nature of dofollow and nofollow comments. I've heard both sides argue and I figured the only way to find out if they spread juice was to test, test, test.
c) I'm bored
I used site:.edu inurl:blog to find my blogs. My comments were actually legit and I even read the articles. Hopefully some of these stick.
