Deja Vu... Poker or IM?

I just got an email offer from MIVA:

"Special Offer! Deposit $25 get $50 Bonus Ad Credits
Or deposit $50 get $100 in Bonus PPC Ad Credits"

Do offers like this happen often in the IM world? For about 5 seconds I though it was an offer from a poker site. Half my poker income was from bonuses like these.

Just thought it was kind of funny from my perspective.
