We own a small retail shop. We would like to be able to deliver to our customers when they put in an order. Probebly a mobile ecommerce site would be the easiest thing but figured an APP might work too. The problem is im not to familiar with an APP. Would it be to expensive to develop an APP like that? is there a small business delivery app license available to buy that can be customised? if anyone has experience in this please pm as im interested in purchasing one or paying for one to be created. Thanks!

Have you heard of https://www.shopify.com? I haven't used it but maybe that's something you could use that's already developed.
Also, again, I don't have any experience with this - but Amazon offers delivery services. Have you looked into using Fulfillment by Amazon?
