If you buy a Dell Gift Card for yourself before December 31st/08, can that be a business expense? I want to buy a new PC but don't want to pick one out just yet.

A gift card as a business expense, I doubt that. Then again, when a company give out gift cards as a bonus, im sure they write that off.

so yeah, go for it.
