I am new to Copeac and unsure what Deploy Creative means...
Do I have to click that before I use the banner ads?

I have seen campaigns that work great with my sites...do I actually have to sign up or can I just start running with it?

You don't need to use it. It is a tool used primarily by mailers.

Edit: Well actually- how many sites are you talking about and will you run the same offer on different sites?

Mailers deploy separate creatives to different lists. Example:

Creative A to their AOL data.

Creative B to their GI data. Etc.

Can you explain to me what it means when something is incentivized?

Incentivized is when you offer the users something (money, free t-shirt, credits, foodstamps, etc) to complete the offer.

This is how those "Free Xbox 360" sites run.
They get you to complete a bunch of offers by giving you a free system once they are completed.

Yes. Incentivizing an offer will raise your conversion rate. Here is an example of a typical incentive site: CASH GALORE
