Marketcake brought up a good point about fonts earlier so it prompted me to start looking through my favorite design sites that have goodies. Here are some things that if you dabble in design - I feel are important.

Fonts
Icons
Gradients
Text Effects
Patterns
Color Wheels
Flourishes
Vector

So, if ya have some time - please post up some links to sites that have any of these above.

Here are some that I like. I would like to see this become a big enough resource that it could become a sticky. If this has already been done, please just post the link. Im being lazy and not searching the boards

You guys already posted pretty much all my staple sites :) Smashing, Istock, PSDtuts, Kuler etc pretty much cover it.

This is a great site for brushes - Free Photoshop Brushes at Brusheezy! . Also some patterns and textures on there.

If you don't mind using rights managed stuff without a license, there are some pretty nice stock collections here: http://www.heroturko.org/stock-images-cd/ . Also have a look around on that site for fonts, icons etc.
