Did I hit the Facebook impressions cap?

My ads stopped receiving impressions after they hit 20k impressions/each.

Mine is a new FB acct and I m aware of the $50/day limit but the ad spend so far is only $22.

My CTR is average at 0.14%

Any idea what's going on?

Yes, Facebook only has 20K impressions per day. You got them all.

it throttles your traffic so it is equally spent across the day, not all at once.
