Did Tony Soprano Die?????????

I don't think so. I know everyone is talking about the conversation that Tony and Bobby had, talking about how when you die it just goes "black", but I don't think that's what Chase was trying to accomplish.
We'll never know, that's the whole point of the ending.. is that everything in his personal life turned out okay in the end, but no matter how good or bad things are going for him, he will always be paranoid and with Christopher's death he can always change from a great guy to a brutal fuck in the blink of an eye. The ending is up to the viewers really, there is no wrong answer.

You will never know what chase wanted, as he is not commenting, i have seen lots of rumors about making a movie, but if a movie is made because so many main characters have been killed the only chance is if the make a movie in the 60's back in new jersey. It would be based on how tony's life is so fucked as a child and people like his father and junior would be main characters!

I like how when Tony was in the diner he chose the song "Don't Stop Believin,'" anyone notice the other Journey song that was in the jukebox? Any Way You Want It. I think that says alot about the way chase ended the series...
I wouldn't think he died if I didn't read about these few things:
That last scene was shot thru eyes. Each time somebody came in to the restaurant he looked up and they switch the camera to his point of view. There are also times with him looking around the restaurant and it's also shown from his eyes.
If Meadow hadn't taken so long to come in, Tony wouldn't have been shot since Meadow would've been sitting in that seat. The other 2 spots infront of him were taken. There should be a reason they kept trying to show Meadow trying to park her car. I was wondering what the reason was for that scene, that could be the only explanation to me.

They just did that to build everyones anticipation, if Tony was really going to get whacked it wouldn't matter if Meadow was sitting next to him.
