Well, just received the report. It's a list of 100 directory domains and their pageranks. PRs are all nice: 12xPR3, 58xPR4, 24xPR5, 6xPR6. 81 domains are on unique IPs, 73 on unique subnets. But keep in mind that it's just submission service, not a "guaranteed approval". And as I saw some directories in my report have already thousands of urls pending approval. So don't be disappointed when you can't find your link in directories just after getting the report. Overall, this service delivers what it promises. Will see how many of them will get approved.
 
I have received a report in the email today. It features 100 URLs and their page ranks. They are the domain's page rank, not the individual page because this is a submission service. So the reports only include the directories you were submitted to. If all goes well the links will be submitted but only time will tell.

I received what was guaranteed, and I'm happy. Communication was top notch and the report was extremely good looking (it made it a pleasure to look at!). I am satisfied.
