Is the cost for the email confirmations a per email cost or just a flat fee?

The cost for email confirmations depends on the number of submissions [pack] you choose.

Say for example you choose a pack 750 directory submissions or below then the charges for email confirmations is $1 [Not counting the number of reply mails for 750 directory submissions]

Email confirmation is just reading each and every mail and we click on the links which demand to confirm submissions.
