and if it's doable does this cut down on the number of directories you can submit to or the approval percentage? (if it matters it's NOT a porn site, it's a quality art/fashion nude gallery and tutorial website)

Nude related keywords/sites are not accepted. Even if we try to submit the directory admin will never approve it.
