Not sure what you mean by working. One of these packs by itself with no other off-page SEO is not going to rank a site for competitive local search terms, but these are high quality manually built business profiles that help build trust, often drive some traffic, compliment other off-page SEO efforts very well, and are necessary for any decent local search rankings. "Citations" are a big factor for local search and the quality of those citations makes a big difference. We create the best.

If you have a business there is no reason not to list it on sites like yelp, insiderpages, merchantcircle, hotfrog, showmelocal, etc. etc. And if you are creating these listings there is no reason not to optimize them and make the most of each one. A lot of these listings rank well for decent local search terms with little added effort. - We are rolling out a new package just for that in the near future.

If you're looking for a service that is endorsed by "well known" highly active WickedFire members with guarantees and "ranking proof" for this month's quickest ranking method for a churn and burn site then this is not for you.
