In about 2 months time there will be a very viable alternative to DirectTrack. Even those out there now are just design band-aids to horrible programming and non-scalable bad architecture. Once those grow you will see the same problems.
I'm only a few miles from DT's office... if I was actually running anything through a DT network right now, I think I would've headed over to their office with some friendly encouragement.
I was able to punch both the sales guys in the face on the exhibit floor.. said "make a fucking system that works" - everyone looked at me weird as I walked away
