iblogfriend - zero free reviews, then you obviously haven't been reading the forums here. Get a clue before you respond to a respected member - stevehnsn - with a "I don't do reviews".
 
I decided to take the plunge and buy the $23 package for $20. Review: the work was done fast, within around 24hrs. The report was pretty standard, well laid out and segmented by PR. The actual links were implemented as I'd asked for, but I only specified 1 URL and anchor text anyway, so my requirements were straightfoward. The actual PRs of the pages were exactly as advertised. Some (but not all) of the pages had high OBLs, but that's expected with most of these types of services. The only potential negative is that a couple of the links were nofollow, but I don't mind that too much. Overall, this was a decent blog service for the price, and delivered fast. Recommended.

These High PR links, are the PR the actual PR of the blog page with the link? Or an inner page of the high PR home page?
