ive had success w/ fb, but i want to move onto google/yahoo/msn ..

i found something good to promote, but id rather not make a lp until i see it convert. The offer has a good landing page ... very similar to something like this http://www.yeastrol.com/ .. so what do you guys think? should i be able to get away w/ it in the beginning to test for converts?

totally depends on the offer.. some things like mobile offers etc. can do really well without an LP but honestly in most rebills if their LP was that good why would they have an affiliate program in the first place? they could just market it with PPC themselves and keep all the monies..

You're wrong. Not everybody has got a brain to do PPC or marketing. They're doing what they're good at - creating products. You're doing what you are good at - marketing.

i'm agreeing w/ this b/c i want to!

the LP id promote isnt a rebill, and its not liike a resv landing page or anything, its pretty good if i say so myself, the only way i could maybe offer a better lp is to make each page more targeted to each keyword .. i figure to see if it converts tho id just use that

Of course you should use a landing page. You want the traffic to know exactly what the hell they need to do and what to expect when you send them there. Do that, and then work on your CTR to the offer. :)

I would try Direct linking that if no one else is advertising it since it has a decent presell. Then you can try a LP and see if it does better. Testing is everything

actually after reading it more, the presell doesn't sell the PRODUCT enough. Your gonna have to try both ways

The offer is the dealership, the LP's are your salesmen. The right LP will always make the offer convert better imo.

Throw the direct link into your rotation though, your LP skills might suck.

Seriously man... study OLD-SCHOOL direct marketing. Value per customer + volume = ballliiinnn
