I wouldn't bother running that offer anyway. Every single offer behind that advertiser converts great but doesn't back out well for them because they are simply horrible at monetizing. You will find it to be a short run before you get a complaint to pause your traffic. Optimization of targeting won't work either, sadly.

if you are looking for bbw offers in general, there are a few of them out there. i dont get how that offer is for b&b cuz both the ppl on there are average size lookin.
